Thia is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the North West's leading RIBA chartered practices who provide award-winning design services to the Healthcare sector. They are on the lookout for an experienced and talented Architectural Technician to join their team in Chorley.

- Deliver a range of healthcare projects from inception through to completion
- Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
- Carry out site visits and undertake surveys to ensure technical compliance
- Liaise with clients and consultants to ensure successful project delivery
- Degree within Architectural Technology
- Strong post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
- Proficiency with Revit
- Working knowledge of UK building regulations
- Experience managing projects across a range of sectors
- Excellent technical detailing and presentation skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Live within a commutable distance to the Chorley area
