Project Support Co-Ordinator

We’re looking for someone who already understands the manufacturing, construction or engineering environment and is keen to develop their technical and project skills further.

• Assist with CAM files, production documentation and job set-up
• Work with factory teams to ensure drawings and technical data are accurate
• Support quotations, cost estimates and sales administration
• Respond to customer enquiries and maintain accurate pricing and job records
• Assist with production planning, scheduling and order processing
• Track jobs and communicate with customers regarding progress and delivery
• Work closely with production teams to support efficient, on-time delivery

• Knowledge or experience of manufacturing, construction or engineering is essential
• A genuine interest in developing a career within a technical manufacturing environment
• Highly organised with good time management and attention to detail
• Confident communicator with good written and verbal skills
• Competent with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems
• CAD, technical drawing, CAM or previous office/customer service experience would be advantageous
