Job Title:
Architectural Technologist
Location:
Hull
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established national multidisciplined consultancy who provide a wide range of expertise to the Commercial, industrial, and transport sectors. They are on the lookout for an experienced Architectural Technologist to hit the ground running for their team in Hull.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist:
Produce drawing packages using Revit
Prepare building regulation drawings and construction details
Prepare tender drawing and information packages
Coordinate architectural design information with other members of the project team
Undertake site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance and high quality is achieved
Requirements for the role of Architectural Technologist:
Degree within Architectural Technology
Strong post qualification experience as an Architectural Technologist within a UK practice
Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit
Working knowledge of UK building regulations
Excellent technical knowledge and experience preparing drawings through RIBA Stages 3-6
Experience working on commercial projects
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work well independently and within a team
