Dream Medical is seeking Locum GPs with a passion for fast-paced treatment to undertake ongoing rotas with an esteemed client of ours based at a site in Hull.

We are looking for locum GPs interested in doing day or night work, or a mix of both. Weekends are also available with higher rates of pay.

There is a very strong community team who support the service daily, alongside your colleagues.

• Undertake a variety of duties including surgery consultations, telephone consultations, home visits, checking and signing repeat prescriptions, and dealing with queries, paperwork, and correspondence.
• Make professional, autonomous decisions.
• Assess healthcare needs, screen for disease risk factors, and develop treatment plans.
• Provide counselling and health education.
• Refer patients to other care providers as needed.
• Record clear and contemporaneous consultation notes.
• Support clinical governance programs and work with the Service Senior Management Team.
• Compile and issue prescriptions.
• Provide clinical supervision to team members.

Qualifications and experience required:

• Full and current unrestricted GMC registration.
• MRCGP qualification.
• Excellent command of English.
• GP Vocational or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of NHS and clinical governance.
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.

The hourly rate is very competitive at £80.00 per hour. Shifts and rotas are planned 2 months in advance. Applications are welcome even with a notice period of 3+ months. To apply, send your updated CV.
