Elysium Healthcare is seeking a Senior Consultant Psychiatrist to progress into a Medical Director role at Potters Bar Clinic. You will provide clinical and medical leadership across the hospital and hold clinical responsibilities for service users, advising on psychiatric and medical issues within the hospital.
You will lead the medical directorate, chair monthly meetings, ensure governance and policy adherence, and work with GPs to deliver appropriate primary care services.
