Role Overview (Typical Responsibilities)

Supporting teaching and learning across KS3-KS4

Working with individuals or small groups to reinforce class content

Providing tailored support to pupils with varying needs

Assisting with classroom management and lesson preparation

Supporting teachers with behaviour management and pastoral duties

What We're Looking For

A genuine interest in working with secondary-age pupils

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Reliability, adaptability, and a positive approach to supporting learning

Experience with young people (education, youth work, sport, tutoring, etc.) is beneficial

You MUST have the Right to Work in the UK - sponsorship cannot be offered
