• Supporting teaching and learning across KS3-KS4
• Working with individuals or small groups to reinforce class content
• Providing tailored support to pupils with varying needs
• Assisting with classroom management and lesson preparation
• Supporting teachers with behaviour management and pastoral duties

• A genuine interest in working with secondary-age pupils
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Reliability, adaptability, and a positive approach to supporting learning
• Experience with young people (education, youth work, sport, tutoring, etc.) is beneficial
• You MUST have the Right to Work in the UK - sponsorship cannot be offered
