Overview
We are looking for an experienced Safeguarding - Permanence to join the team in Hull City Council. This is a permanent, full-time role.
Responsibilities- Chair review meetings to ensure child-focused, SMART plans that achieve positive changes for children and families.
- Provide ongoing oversight, leadership, and assurance, driving aspirational practice and system-wide improvements.
- Challenge where the care offered needs to improve.
- Develop an area of specialist practice knowledge and act as a leader in that area.
- Experience in safeguarding and permanence work with children services.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
