Are you passionate about supporting learners?、 Dovetail and Slate is an employment business working in partnership with over 200 colleges across the UK, offering exciting Progress Coach opportunities for individuals with experience supporting learners. No formal teaching qualifications are required, just a genuine enthusiasm for supporting learners in their education journey.
Responsibilities- 1:1 and group support of mainstream students and students with additional learning needs
- Supporting teachers/lecturers to ensure an inclusive learning environment for SEN students
- Safeguarding of vulnerable learners
- Full time and part time hours available, including term time only roles
- Level 2 qualification or higher in English/Maths & willingness to obtain an ENHANCED DBS check
- Experience working with SEN children or young adults OR an extensive care background
- Knowledge of additional learning needs
- Up-to-date safeguarding training, or willingness to obtain it
