Fire Service College in the UK is seeking an Operational Training Team Leader to coordinate resilience and support contracts, ensuring high-quality training, strong client engagement, and expert delivery across wildfire, resilience, and specialist courses such as Road Traffic Collision Instructor.
You will lead course delivery, manage staff, and act as SME, delivering on-site and off-site training within the UK and internationally while developing new products aligned with FSC aims.
