Teacher Active is recruiting a SEMH Secondary Teacher (QTS) for a permanent, full-time role near Southend-on-Sea, Essex, starting September 2026. The salary is on the Main Pay Scale (MPS) or Upper Pay Scale (UPS) with a SEND allowance.
The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons, build positive relationships with SEMH students, model strong behaviour, and collaborate with teaching assistants and the pastoral team to support academic and social development.
