Marchant Recruitment is seeking a Drama Teacher (ECT) for a renowned Ofsted Good secondary school in Southend-on-Sea, Essex. Start September 2026. Salary on the MPS (ECT Scale).
A structured ECT induction with mentoring and ongoing professional development will support your growth. You will teach Drama across ages, prepare GCSE work, contribute to schemes of work, and lead or support productions and clubs while participating in pastoral duties.
