Derby College Group (DCG) is recruiting a skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join the Inclusion Curriculum team within Pathways at the Broomfield Campus. The HLTA will support students with complex needs and help embed English, maths, life and work skills in personalised learning plans.
We value initiative, relationship-building, and commitment to inclusive education. HLTA qualification or progression toward Level 4 is expected, with full support from the college.
