Position OverviewWe are seeking a Lecturer in Digital Media and Creative Technologies with expertise in one or more areas of digital media, digital design, creative technologies, or related fields. We are looking for someone who can bring current knowledge and expertise in digital media to their teaching, curriculum development, research, knowledge exchange and collaborative programme delivery across undergraduate and postgraduate provision.
The successful candidate will bring practical expertise in digital media and creative technologies, with experience in one or more related areas of practice. We are particularly interested in applicants who can bridge technical production with creative and critical design practices, supporting students in developing innovative, industry-relevant work across immersive and screen-based media environments. The role will include collaborative teaching, synoptic project supervision, and practice-led assessment across interdisciplinary creative projects.
The successful candidate will also contribute positively to the organisation, administration, and ongoing enhancement of programmes within Digital Media and related areas, working collaboratively with colleagues across the School to support a high-quality student experience.

LocationThis is a campus-based role and requires regular presence on campus in Hull to support teaching, student engagement and collaborative activity.
