Prospero Teaching is seeking a Trauma-Informed Mentor to support children and young people across West Sussex through personalised 1:1 mentoring, helping them build confidence, resilience and engagement in education. You’ll work on behalf of Local Authorities with learners who may have barriers to education, focusing on trust and relationship-led support.
The role offers flexible hours, a September start, and a pay rate of £25-£30 per hour, with long-term placements and meaningful mentoring
