Room to Read seeks a Literacy Program Officer to lead literacy skills development at the upazila level and coordinate with district offices to implement Reading Advancement activities. The role reports to the Field Manager and supervises Literacy Facilitators.
The LPO will align with updated implementation approaches, organize ToT sessions for government officials, and ensure strong liaison with education authorities to strengthen learning outcomes.
