The school is committed to ensuring all students leave with meaningful GCSE qualifications and the confidence to take their next steps. The Role We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Teachers across both primary and secondary phases who are passionate about supporting children with additional needs. This is a rewarding role where your impact will be visible every day, and you will see firsthand the progress your pupils make.
Key Responsibilities Deliver a personalised curriculum that meets the unique needs of each learner. Use creative, engaging teaching approaches to ignite curiosity and support meaningful progress. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists and support staff, to provide holistic education and care. Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that builds confidence, independence and a strong sense of belonging. Monitor, assess and celebrate pupil progress, adapting your approach to ensure every child experiences success.
What Were Looking For Qualified Teacher Status ( QTS/QTLS ) Experience or a strong interest in working with pupils with ASC and SEMH needs. A flexible, creative and child centred approach to teaching and learning. Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
