The Cavendish School in England is seeking a Guidance Leader for the Secondary Phase on a permanent contract. The role is 37 hours per week, term time only (including INSET days) plus one extra week in the school holidays.
The successful candidate will lead the pastoral team for a year group, support the Head of Year, assist the designated safeguarding lead, and build strong, positive relationships with pupils, staff, parents and external agencies to deliver outstanding pastoral care.
