Witham Oaks Academy is seeking a learning support assistant to cover maternity leave for one year, with the chance of a permanent role later. The job centres on engaging with pupils of varied personalities and skill levels. It is part-time at 24.5 hours a week during term time, with an earlier finish on Fridays. Candidates need GCSE Maths and English or equivalent, and visa sponsorship is not available.
