The Role:

Coaching the Next Generation

You will be involved in teaching, coaching, and mentoring young learners undertaking crucial Level 3, 4 and 5 engineering qualifications

Delivery:
Deliver and coordinate the successful completion of all aspects of engineering qualifications.
Mentorship:
Provide hands-on coaching and technical guidance to learners in the training centre.
Focus:
Training apprentices in line with relevant awarding body standards.

We are looking for proven occupational experience in the engineering sector. This could be either Mechanical, Electrical or Design, ideally with experience of CAD.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years' relevant occupational experience within an engineering role.
Technical

Qualification:

Engineering qualification at degree level

Soft Skills:

Good communication, presentation skills, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, rewarding environment.
