Our client, a dynamic and expanding Group Training Association (GTA) specialising in mechanical engineering training, is currently seeking an Mechanical Engineering Lecturer to join their team in Hull, with occasional travel to Grimsby and Scunthorpe.

As an Mechanical Engineering Lecturer, you'll deliver engaging, hands-on learning experiences to apprentices and adult learners. This role is primarily classroom-based, guiding learners through topics such as:
- Mechanical Principles & Engineering Maths
- Engineering Science & Design
- Fluid Mechanics & CAD
- Health & Safety & Lean Manufacturing
- Professional Engineering Management
- Production Engineering
- Quality and Process Improvements
- Supervising Level 3 & 4 engineering projects and Level 5 research projects
- Delivering high-quality teaching and training to apprentices and adult learners
- Developing engaging and practical course materials
- Assessing learners' progress and providing constructive feedback
- Supporting learners in achieving their qualifications and career goals
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices
- Maintaining accurate records of learners' progress and achievements
- A degree in engineering or a related field
- Significant industry experience
- Strong technical and IT skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A genuine passion for teaching and developing others
- Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Willingness to complete Cert Ed or PGCE if not already possessed (supported by our client)
