Salary: £40-55k + Pension |

• Assist in the design of electrical and M&E projects alongside the wider design team
• Develop and produce Electrical CAD drawings
• Co‑ordinate M&E services with overall scheme designs
• Attend and contribute to project design meetings
• Prepare material take‑offs and bills of materials
• Produce costings and quotations for projects
• Source pricing from suppliers and sub‑contractors
• Support sub‑contract enquiries and supplier negotiations
• Maintain and update installation drawings throughout project life cycles
• Prepare as‑fitted drawings upon project completion
• Work closely with managers and designers to ensure projects meet client and company requirements
• Occasional site visits alongside a primarily office/home‑based role

• Experience in CAD design (AutoCAD and AMTECH)
• Experience in electrical services design and/or estimating (one required, willingness to develop the other)
• Knowledge of cable design, lighting, and emergency lighting systems
• Understanding of electrical regulations (advantageous)
• Strong teamwork skills with the confidence to question, challenge and support colleagues
• Good organisational and coordination abilities
• Willingness to learn and develop with structured mentoring support
• Full UK driving licence (essential)

Located in Yorkshire, this role would be commutable from Leeds, York, Bradford, Wakefield, Huddersfield and other surrounding areas.
