You will play a key role in supporting customer enquiries, reviewing technical specifications and helping to deliver high-quality project solutions across a varied workload.
The Opportunity:
As an Estimator you'll play a key role in:
Assessing incoming project enquiries and reviewing technical information to develop clear and competitive pricing proposals Producing detailed cost breakdowns covering materials, labour, external services and operational requirements Collaborating with internal teams to ensure proposed solutions are commercially sound and deliverable within operational capabilities Building strong working relationships with customers and supply chain partners to support accurate and timely quotations Providing clear project information to operational teams to support a smooth transition from quotation through to delivery Your work will directly contribute to delivering commercially successful projects, maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting continued business growth.
About You:
We're looking for someone who can bring:
Previous experience within estimating, manufacturing, production or another technically focused commercial environment Confidence reviewing technical drawings, specifications and project requirements A practical understanding of production processes, materials and project coordination Strong numerical ability with a detail-focused and commercially aware approach The ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders A well-organised approach with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
Experience with in manufacturing, construction, technical projects or industrial environments would be beneficial Familiarity with estimating software, ERP systems or project management tools would be advantageous The Benefits and Package:
