Graduate Design Engineer

Your new role As a Graduate Design Engineer, you will work as part of an experienced design team supporting the delivery of high-quality engineering solutions from concept through to manufacture.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to full lifecycle design within a fast-paced, customer-driven environment. Key responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the design and development of mechanical systems and components for processing/packaging machinery Producing 2D and 3D CAD drawings in line with project and client specifications Supporting senior engineers in design reviews, testing, and validation activities Liaising with production and manufacturing teams to ensure design feasibility Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and design optimisation Supporting documentation, including BOMs, technical files, and design reports What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this role, you should have: A degree (or expected graduation) in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or a related discipline Experience using CAD software (e.g. Solid Works, Inventor, or similar) Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude Desirable:
