James Lewis Recruitment is looking for an experienced M&E Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage the commercial delivery of a major data centre project in West London. The salary range is £100,000 - £130,000, plus a comprehensive package including car allowance, private healthcare, and other benefits.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Quantity Surveying within and have a strong understanding of M&E systems and data centre environments. This role requires a commercially driven individual capable of managing complex packages and leading a small team.
