Job Description

Complete electrical components and systems within Griffon Marine’s standard.

Objectives

Ensure work is carried out to the correct standard and procedures
Encourage and nurture a problem‑solving culture within the department
Maintain standards for Health and safety within department
Take responsibility to ensure that the company’s environmental policies are enforced in full
Deliver continuous improvement by internal development recommendations to engineering
Deliver lean/efficient, safe and compliant workshop practice

Responsibilities

Ability to motivate others who are not direct reports.
Ability to generate a positive project and team ethos
Electrical NVQ Level 3
Experience or knowledge within Marine industry
Prepared to use initiative to achieve the objective
