The Incubator for AI (i.AI) is hiring a Principal Full Stack Engineer (Engineering Manager) to lead a growing team of Full Stack Engineers across one or more product areas. You will own growth, performance and career development, hire well, and shape the engineering culture to enable people to do their best work together.
This new role offers scope to define engineering management at i.AI, influence progression, onboarding, practices and rituals, and collaborate with senior leadership.
