You'll Be Doing
• Acting as the primary point of contact for residents throughout planned maintenance and refurbishment programmes
• Conducting initial home surveys, pre-start meetings, and maintaining regular communication with tenants
• Managing resident expectations, addressing concerns, and resolving complaints promptly and sensitively
• Coordinating access arrangements and scheduling works around residents' needs
• Producing accurate records, reports, and updates for the client and project team
• Supporting vulnerable residents and working closely with support services where required
• Ensuring compliance with safeguarding, data protection, and customer service standardsWhat We're Looking For
• Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer within social housing, construction, or maintenance environments
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills with a customer-first approach
• Ability to manage difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism
• Organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently across multiple sites
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
