This role involves managing the on-board technical team, overseeing entertainment delivery, and enhancing passenger experience across various venues aboard the ship. Preferred candidates will have a strong technical management background, ideally in cruise ships, with experience in operating sound and lighting equipment, alongside excellent organizational and leadership skills.
