The Role:

As a Finance Business Partner, you will provide best-in-class FP&A support while partnering with commercial, operational, and technical teams. You will play a key role in investment planning, performance analysis, and driving financial discipline across growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities - Financial Planning & Analysis

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for commercial and rollout activities
• Build and maintain robust financial models to support strategic planning and scenario analysis
• Analyse business performance, identifying key drivers, risks, and opportunities
• Produce monthly management and performance reporting with clear insight for senior leadership

Key Responsibilities - Business Partnering

• Partner closely with Commercial, Operations, and Delivery teams to drive financial accountability
• Translate complex financial data into actionable insight and recommendations
• Support pricing, product development, and customer growth initiatives
• Build strong relationships with non-finance stakeholders and promote a commercial mindset

About You:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
• Strong background in FP&A and commercial finance
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems and reporting tools
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth organisation
