Job Description & How to Apply Below
Role Who you are
- Have a strong track record in finance leadership within a startup or high-growth environment
- Are equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves on month end as you are presenting strategic recommendations to the CEO or board

- Have experience with statutory compliance, audit processes, and share option scheme administration (EMI experience a plus)
- Move quickly, communicate clearly, and don't need a lot of hand‑holding to figure out what needs to be done
- Have interim experience — or are genuinely excited by the pace and focus that comes with a fixed‑term remit
- Sound like you but not quite 100%? Apply anyway - we're looking for potential and passion, not perfect CV match
