A leading professional services firm is looking to appoint a Corporate Tax Manager into its growing specialist tax team supporting a high-profile portfolio of investment, real estate and alternative asset clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong Corporate Tax professional looking to broaden their exposure beyond traditional corporate tax compliance and move into more complex investment and partnership-led structures.

The client base is diverse and intellectually strong, spanning areas such as:

• Private Equity partnerships
• Landed estates
• Property investment businesses
• Investment funds and alternative asset structures

This role is intentionally aimed at Corporate Tax professionals who want to evolve their career into more sophisticated and commercially interesting areas of tax.

You do not need to already be a partnership tax specialist.

In fact, the hiring team is particularly interested in individuals coming from a strong Corporate Tax background who are excited by the opportunity to develop expertise across:

• Investment structures
• Partnership taxation
• Real estate and private equity vehicles
• Complex ownership arrangements
• Multi-entity compliance environments

This is a genuine opportunity to future-proof and diversify your technical skillset.

Working as part of a collaborative specialist team, you will:

• Review tax computations and returns across a broad portfolio of investment and alternative asset clients
• Coordinate complex compliance assignments and manage client deliverables
• Work closely with advisory teams on wider tax matters and structuring projects
• Act as a key contact for clients and manage technical queries
• Oversee and support onshore and offshore delivery teams
• Coach and develop junior members of the team
• Support process improvement and technology-driven ways of working
• Assist with budgeting, workflow management and commercial delivery

The team is heavily invested in automation, innovation and modern compliance delivery models.

• Corporate Tax professionals looking to specialise in investment and alternative asset structures
• Assistant Managers or Senior Associates ready to step into Manager grade
• Individuals from practice environments with strong compliance and reviewing experience
• Candidates who enjoy working with large datasets, complex structures and sophisticated clients

The key requirement is strong technical tax fundamentals and the appetite to broaden your expertise into a highly marketable niche area.

• Salary up to £68,000 (DOE)
