About the Role

A Leading Insurance Company is seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of FP&A to lead financial planning and analysis for our UK & MENA operations and the LMAL entity. This is a high-impact role, partnering with senior executives to drive performance, strategy, and decision-making across multiple regions.

• Develop and execute strategic financial plans for UK & MENA and LMAL.
• Provide financial insight on long-term planning, new initiatives, and market trends.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and deputise for the CFO when required.
• Oversee performance monitoring, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Build and lead a high-performing FP&A team, fostering continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Maintain strong relationships with regulators and ensure adherence to Solvency II and other regulatory frameworks.

• Strong knowledge of insurance accounting and financial analysis.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Highly analytical, resilient, and adaptable with proven leadership capabilities.
• Experience in multi-cultural environments and risk management.
