Robert Half Accountancy & Finance is delighted to be partnering with a rapidly growing manufacturing business as they appoint a Financial Controller to support the next phase of their ambitious growth journey.

Backed by a larger international group, the business is investing significantly in its UK operations. With ambitious growth plans and revenues forecast to double, this is a rare opportunity to join a business at a pivotal stage of its journey.

Reporting directly to the CFO, you will take ownership of the day to day finance function whilst acting as a key business partner to operational leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the finance function
• Deliver accurate and timely monthly management accounts
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management
• Drive cost control, margin analysis and operational reporting
• Support manufacturing costing and inventory processes
• Strengthen financial controls and reporting processes
• Partner with operational leaders to support commercial decision making
• Support future growth initiatives and business improvement projects
