Adecco is delighted to be supporting a rapidly growing organisation in the Willerby area as they seek an experienced Credit Controller to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy, customer‑focused finance environment and is passionate about delivering high‑quality credit control and debt management.
⭐ The Role
As Credit Controller, you will play a key part in ensuring the business maintains healthy cashflow and minimises financial risk. You'll work closely with internal finance and customer teams to support payment collection, resolve account queries, and maintain strong relationships throughout the credit control process.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Deliver a customer‑focused credit control service, ensuring efficient and timely communication at all stages of the process.
Ensure the prompt collection of payments in line with company targets.
Monitor overdue accounts and take appropriate action to reduce exposure to bad debt.
Maximise customer retention through effective cash collection and tailored payment arrangements.
Support customers and colleagues with billing, account and debt enquiries.
Collaborate closely with finance and account managers to support cashflow management and resolve disputes.

Has proven experience in a credit control role.
Demonstrates excellent organisation, accuracy and time management.
Brings strong communication and customer‑service skills.

🏢 Working Pattern
Full‑time, onsite role at the employer's modern Willerby office (5 days per week)
