- Financial Administrator We are seeking a 2 days a week Financial Administrator- on a temp basis - on going covering sickness - £21 an hour Hybrid working
-1 day in Central London - 1 from Home Who will you be working for? Our client is a reputable not for profit media group located in Central London. Hybrid working What will you be doing? Invoice raising Raise invoices on our Integra Centros PROD system for all areas of F&E income Direct Debit Reconciliation Following retroactive invoice raising with Treasury team Use our Committed Giving platform and Integra Centros PROD software to reconcile list of Patron direct debit payments, 2-3 times per month Generating and providing secure payment links to Patrons Set up secure payment links via the IPG Virtual Terminal platform.

Create payment links to enable Patrons to settle outstanding invoices securely. Work closely with the Philanthropy Coordinator to communicate payment links to Patrons and support payment completion. Gift Recording on Raiser’s Edge NXT, our CRM Record received gifts on our CRM Raiser’s Edge NXT from all areas of income activity Follow training materials provided and work with our Raiser’s Edge Consultant where needed About you Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and to manage and meet deadlines.

Very good knowledge of Excel; and able to interpret Data Financial experience;
Invoicing and Reconciliations Use of Raiser Edge is helpful Great communication skills and Team Player
