The successful candidate will work closely with operational, commercial, and finance leaders, providing meaningful insight across a rapidly evolving organisation. About You We're looking for a commercially minded finance professional who combines strong technical capability with the confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes across a large business unit Develop robust financial models, scenario plans, and performance dashboards to support decision-making Deliver insightful financial reporting and analysis to senior stakeholders, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities Partner with operational and commercial leaders to improve profitability, resource allocation, and business performance Conduct detailed variance analysis, forecasting reviews, and strategic evaluations to support growth initiatives Build strong relationships across multiple functions, acting as a trusted finance business partner Manage, coach, and develop FP&A analysts within the team Drive continuous improvement across reporting, systems, processes, and financial planning capabilities The ideal candidate will have: ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification with a minimum of 3 years' post-qualified experience Proven FP&A and business partnering experience within a complex organisation Strong financial modelling, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical skills
Experience with in a project-led environment, with an understanding of revenue recognition, work in progress, order books, and pipeline analysis Advanced Excel skills, with exposure to Power BI and Dynamics 365 viewed positively Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable commercial insight Previous experience managing or mentoring analysts and developing high-performing teams A proactive, ambitious mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment On offer:
