Based in Colchester with hybrid working on offer, this role offers a perfect blend of professional growth, stability, and work-life balance. Whilst the firm are ideally looking for someone diploma qualified and a number of years experience as a paraplanner, they are flexible for the right person and right cultural fit.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with financial advisors to create comprehensive financial plans for clients. Conduct research and analysis to support the development of suitable financial strategies. Prepare and maintain accurate client files, ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Paraplanner. Level 4 qualification is mandatory. Proven track record of steady employment and commitment to roles. What next?
