The Role As an Associate Financial Planner, you'll play an integral part throughout the advice process, helping to shape recommendations and deliver thoughtful, well-structured financial planning solutions. Responsibilities will include:
• Preparing high-quality suitability reports
• Conducting technical research across pensions, investments, tax and estate planning
• Supporting complex financial planning cases
• Producing cashflow models and technical analysis
• Working closely with Financial Planners within a dedicated planning pod
• Helping to ensure clients receive an outstanding, professional service throughout their financial planning journey
• Contributing ideas and technical insight to achieve the best possible client outcomes About You To be considered, you should demonstrate:
• Level 4 Diploma qualified as a minimum
• Ideally Chartered or actively working towards Chartered status
• Previous Paraplanning experience within an Independent Financial Planning environment
• Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments and tax planning
• Excellent report writing, analytical and research skills
• A collaborative approach and genuine passion for delivering high-quality financial planning Why Join?
