Mortgage Paraplanner London | Hybrid Basic salary to £35,000  Discretionary Bonus | 2 Days in Office | Genuine Pathway into Mortgage Broking Are you looking to build your mortgage career in an environment where you can learn from highly experienced advisers, work with high-quality clients and gain exposure to some of the most interesting property finance in the market? An established and highly regarded mortgage and property finance business is looking for an ambitious Mortgage Paraplanner to join its team.

You’ll support experienced advisers working with a diverse client base, including high-net-worth (HNW) individuals, international clients and borrowers with more complex financing requirements, while developing your knowledge across residential, specialist and wider property finance. This is more than a traditional Paraplanning role. You’ll gain valuable exposure to strong lender and private banking relationships, complex client scenarios and experienced professionals who can help accelerate your development.

For those who want to progress into advice, there is also a genuine, structured pathway into Mortgage Broking, giving you the opportunity to build the technical foundation for a long-term advisory career.

The Role Carry out mortgage research, affordability and lender criteria checks Support advisers with fact-finds, illustrations and mortgage recommendations Prepare and submit mortgage applications Work across residential, HNW and more complex lending scenarios Liaise with clients, lenders and internal teams through to completion Maintain accurate CRM, compliance and AML records Build your technical knowledge alongside experienced Mortgage Advisers About You Experience as a Mortgage Paraplanner, Mortgage Administrator or Mortgage Case Manager.

Good understanding of the mortgage application process. Strong attention to detail and organisation. Professional, personable and confident communicating with clients. Keen to learn and develop technically. Comfortable working within a busy, high-performing team. CeMAP or progress towards CeMAP would be advantageous but isn’t essential.

Experience with HNW clients, complex mortgages, specialist lending or adviser support would also be beneficial. What’s On Offer?
