Location: Kingston upon Hull
Venn Group is seeking a Locum Senior Planning Lawyer to join a Local Authority in the South of England on an interim basis. The role covers planning and governance matters, with responsibilities including drafting Section 106 Agreements and advising on CIL and planning changes. Hybrid remote options offered; up to £65 per hour Umbrella.
Initial 3 months with likely extension, 4 days per week minimum, monthly Planning Committee attendance required. Start mid-August.
