Senior Administrator Opportunities – Join Our Teams based at Castle Hill Hospital, East Riding Community Hospital & Hull Royal InfirmaryAre you enthusiastic, organised, and passionate about making a difference in a healthcare setting? We are looking to recruit several Senior Administrators to join our friendly and supportive teams.
About the RoleYou’ll need to communicate effectively at all levels, work flexibly, and be able to organise and prioritise your workload. Our roles are varied and challenging and your day to day duties may include:
- Management of waiting lists & clinic utilisation
- Transcription of clinical letters and consultant diary management
- Responsible for the supervision of the administrators within department
- Helping track our patients through their journey to ensure a great patient experience
While previous clerical or administration experience is desirable, we are first and foremost interested in individuals with a ‘can do’ attitude, a passion for working in healthcare, and a flexible approach to work. Note many of our Senior Administrator roles have an element of supervisory responsibility. If you are committed, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a team that values every member, we want to hear from you.
Full training will be provided, and the organisation is an advocate of personal development for those wishing to progress and pursue a career within the NHS.
