What you will do:

• Assess and manage patients with dysphagia, creating and implementing therapy plans to promote safe swallowing and improved quality of life.
• Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team to optimise patient care and outcomes.
• Maintain thorough and accurate records of interventions, assessments, and progress in line with statutory requirements.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations to patients, families, and caregivers to aid in their understanding of the condition and management strategies.
• Stay current with best practices and advancements in speech and language therapy within the field of dysphagia.
