- Oversee daily operations and ensure safe staffing levels.
- Mentor and support therapeutic radiographers, clinical support workers, apprentices and students, fostering professional growth and continuous improvement.
- Maintain clinical expertise and contribute to service development, research, and innovation.
- Act as a key member of the senior radiotherapy management team, influencing future advancements in care.
- HCPC‑registered Therapeutic Radiographer with significant experience in pre‑treatment processes, including CT simulation and treatment planning.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and support your team.
- Evidence of postgraduate qualifications or commitment to M‑level study.
- A passion for patient‑centred care and service excellence.
