Registered Manager Childrens Residential Care Home

Location:

Hull, East Yorkshire Salary: £50,000 £ 60,000 per annum (DOE)

Hours:

Monday to Friday with on-call rota About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Manager to lead a brand-new childrens residential care home in Hull. The home will support up to 3 young people aged 817 with emotional and behavioural difficulties , offering a safe, nurturing, and stable environment. Youll have the chance to shape the service from the very beginning, including supporting the Ofsted registration , and building a strong, values-led team.

All policies and procedures are already in place, giving you the freedom to focus on leadership, quality care, and positive outcomes for children and young people. Flexible Start Options To support experienced professionals, this role offers flexibility:
Pre-registration involvement (part-time / remote) with paid monthly support £1,000 bonus following a successful Ofsted interview Fully funded Level 5 Diploma Opportunity to move into the full-time Registered Manager role once registration is complete What Youll Be Doing Leading the home in line with regulatory and quality standards Promoting safeguarding and high-quality care Recruiting, developing, and supporting staff Working with families, professionals, and placing authorities Managing day-to-day operations, budgets, and compliance Leading quality assurance and continuous improvement
