This person is moving into their own home after a long period in hospital, and they'll be supported by a dedicated team providing 1:1 care day and night. The role is focused on helping them settle into the community, encouraging independence, and providing safe, consistent support.
Responsibilities- Respect the individual's independence and provide support with daily living when needed
- Respond with care and reassurance during times of distress or crisis
- Encourage confidence and participation in community activities
- Work closely with colleagues and family members to create a safe, supportive environment
- Approach challenges with creativity, resilience, and compassion

QualificationsWe’re looking for patient, compassionate, and resilient support workers to join a care team in Hull for an individual with complex mental health needs. Previous experience in Learning Disabilities/Autism desirable; experience in Mental Health/EUPD highly valued.

Pay and Shift PatternPay rate: £14 per hour and £11 per hour for sleeps. Shift Pattern: 8am - 2pm, 2pm - 8pm and 8pm - 8am (sleeps).
