Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust is looking for Bank Porter to join our team to work in health care locations in around Hull and East Yorkshire on a zero hour contract. The position will be to cover annual leave and sickness as and when required. We are looking for staff that are enthusiastic, motivated and have good interpersonal and communication skills to work as part of our teams.
Candidates will need to be able to work in a physically demanding role, moving stores around our facilities.
Various shift patterns are available Monday to Sunday as and when required and sometime at short notice you will be expected to commute effectively between bases and have access to an appropriate means of transport.
Main duties of the jobWe are looking for staff that are enthusiastic, motivated and have good interpersonal and communication skills to work as part of a team in accordance with statutory legislation and Trust Policies regarding Health & Safety.
Duties will vary from post collection, interacting with patients, visitors and staff and securing our buildings.

Person Specification Qualifications and Knowledge- Knowledge of relevant policies, procedures, systems and regulations - cleaning techniques and equipment.
- 2 GCSEs/O Levels English and Maths or demonstrable experience.
- 3 or more GCSE / O Levels
- Team player as well as being able to work on your own
- Ability to work under pressure and be able to prioritise/meet deadlines
- Experience working within NHS setting/ customer services role
- Experience of working in Mental Health services and care homes
