Rate: £50–£58

Working hours: Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Locum Echocardiographer to join our team in Espom. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to contribute to our healthcare services on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing echocardiograms and providing accurate diagnostic information to support patient care. This role requires a commitment to high-quality service and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct echo cardiographic examinations
• Interpret results and prepare detailed reports
• Work closely with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain equipment and ensure patient safety and comfort
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in echocardiography
• Manage workload efficiently and support team members

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree in Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent
• Postgraduate qualification in Echocardiography
• Registration with HCPC
• Minimum 3 years of echocardiography experience
• Proficiency in performing and interpreting echo cardiographic procedures
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Commitment to professional development
