Senior Care Worker

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a compassionate and experienced Senior Care Worker to join our team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality personal care to residents, supervising junior staff, and ensuring compliance with CQC standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering person‑centred care plans
- Administering medication in line with company policy
- Supervising and mentoring care assistants
- Liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies
