Kent County Council is excited to offer 2 part-time Team Coordinator positions within the Isle of Sheppey Community Day Services team. You will support adults with learning and physical disabilities and manage the day-to-day operation of the service.
As a Team Coordinator, you will supervise staff, ensure compliance, and encourage the individuals attending the service according to their support plans. A strong command of English and Welsh is required along with an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
